Our Skin Analysis Consultation utilises an advanced AI Spectral Imaging System, which incorporates RGB, UV, and PL imaging technology to deliver an in-depth and highly accurate assessment of your skin. This system examines 12 distinct skin factors that affect both the dermis and the epidermis, including but not limited to pore size, age spots, signs of ageing, acne, pigmentation, moisture levels, and skin texture. In addition to evaluating current skin conditions, the AI Imaging System provides predictive insights, highlighting potential skin issues that may arise over the next three to five years, if preventative measures are not taken to address existing concerns and minimise future damage.
Once your skin type has been identified through the Skin Analysis, our Skin Specialist will conduct a comprehensive verbal assessment. This discussion will cover your current skincare routine, the products you are presently using, and any treatments you may have undergone previously, where applicable. You will receive detailed guidance on optimising your skincare regimen, including correct usage of existing products, recommendations for replacements where necessary, precise instructions on timing and application amounts, and advice tailored to your unique skin analysis results.
Book TreatmentA bespoke home care routine will be developed specifically for you, taking into account your individual Skin Analysis outcomes. Furthermore, a personalised salon treatment plan will be discussed and curated to best support your skin’s health, vitality, and overall wellbeing over the long term.
The results of your Skin Analysis Consultation will be securely retained. Where you have choose to purchase the recommended home care products and follow our customised treatment plan, we will invite you to return for a follow-up Skin Analysis Consultation after 12 months. This subsequent assessment will enable us to evaluate your progress and, together with the initial results, help us develop a revised treatment plan and home care product recommendations to ensure optimal results for your skin.

But how do you determine your skin type? Skin type is determined by the amount of oil (sebum) produced. This is genetically determined and subject to change throughout life. To find out what skin type you have, cleanse your face using your usual cleanser, gently pat it dry and leave it as is for the whole day. Do NOT apply any products or make up. At the end of the day touch your face and make a note of how it feels. Then compare with the following categories below. Once you have selected the category of how your skin is at the end of the day, that is your skin type.
Although the predisposition of your skin has been genetically determined, your texture will change as you progress through life.

Developed by Thomas Fitzpatrick in 1975, this system was designed to establish safe parameters for UV treatment of psoriasis based on a patient’s skin tone. It considers factors such as hair and eye colour, as well as the skin’s response to sun exposure. While the classification is relatively simple, it provides an effective framework for determining an individual’s position on the skin type scale.
Skincare professionals frequently use this guide to assess clients’ skin tones, customise treatments, and recommend suitable skincare products.
